Man Arrested for Animal Cruelty for Attacking Dog

Phoenix Man Arrested for Animal Cruelty for Injuring Foster Dog

On Wednesday morning a Phoenix man had been arrested and booked into jail for animal cruelty. This was after he allegedly violently attacked and hurt a foster dog.

Thirty-Eight year old Kristopher Kimmerling is now facing charges for violently attacking a foster animal without provocation.

Kristopher Teases and Attacks the Pit Bull Mix

Police say that Kristopher (a transient) was seen aggravating the pit bull mix for over an hour. This was outside of a private yard that is located near the 19th Avenue and Mountain View Road.

According to the police report, Kristopher is then accused of opening the yard gate and then proceeded to let the animal out. That is when he then began kicking and hitting the poor pit bull mix dog.

The lady that reported the incident is the one who takes care of the dog (Hayden). Her children alerted her of the dog abuse and she called the authorities on behalf of the owners.

The witness then ran outside and yelled at Kristopher. They picked up the dog who was badly injured and bleeding from the head and the mouth. They immediately took the injured dog to the vet for treatment.

The police said that the dog had to receive staples to his head and that his tongue was sutured. Luckily the dog’s injuries were not life threatening.

The police found him near 19th and Dunlap avenues and then arrested Kristopher.

Man Gets 5 Years In Prison for Trying to Grab Young Girl

Phoenix Man Attempts to Grab Teen Girl

A man from Phoenix was sentenced to five years in prison and lifetime probation today. Last year he was accused of trying to grab a fourteen year old girl as well as following her with a baseball bat.

In May, Thirty-Eight year old, Tommy Andrade pleaded guilty to the charges of luring a minor for sexual exploitation as well as an attempt to commit aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.

Man Tries to Attack a Young Girl

Back in October, 2013 the fourteen year old girl had told the authorities that she had seen Tommy Andrade on a park bench and also had a baseball bat with him. She told the police that the man had made an attempt to grab her by her hand. She pulled away and he started to chase her with the baseball bat. She was afraid that the man had wanted to hit her.

The record shows that the fourteen year old girl had flagged down a driver that luckily let her get into their car and she was able to escape.

Tommy Andrade has had a few run in’s with the police, he had been convicted of some previous felonies. Judge Robert Miles of the Maricopa County Superior Court, stressed that Mr. Andrade should remain under supervision after his release due to the fact that one of the charges was repetitive.

Judge Miles stated that due to the prior convictions, combined with the emotional harm and threat of physical injury to the victim, earned him a lifetime of probation as well as him having to file as a register as a sex offender.

Man Faces 10 Charges of Child Porn Related Charges

Man Arrested for Multiple Counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

According to a report, a thirty-three year old man now faces at least ten charges of sexual exploitation of  a minor. This happened after the authorities found child pornography in the man’s home in Phoenix. Sgt. Tommy Thompson of the Phoenix Police department said that the detectives from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were the ones to serve the search warrant at the home, this was near the 35th Avenue and Camelback Road. Sgt. Thompson stated that the investigating detectives had found numerous items of child pornography. Some of the items they found were photos and videos. According to the report, the suspect currently lives with family members at the home. However, no one was there when the investigators went to do their search. Sgt. Thompson said that the male suspect was located and returned to the home and that is where he was later arrested.

The Man’s Charges for Child Pornography

After the suspect was arrest he was booked and put into jail. He faces ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Although the investigators gathered plenty of evidence, they have not found any of the man’s victims. No known victim’s have been identified at this time.

Mother Neglects Child by Leaving Him Alone for 20 Hours

Most parents are over the moon when they know they are having a child, once the child is here they do everything in the power to protect that baby. However, one thoughtless mother lost an innocent child when she decided to neglect and leave him alone for twenty hours.

The toddler was three year old, Austin Davis. He died alone when his mother left him alone for twenty hours. His mother, Megan McKeon had left on a Wednesday to go to work at a grocery store. She however, did not come straight home after work though. By the time Megan got home she found Austin lying on his back with his little eyes open. The little boy was showing no signs of life. Megan was arrested and charged with child abuse resulting in death which happens to be a felony.

The tragic part is that this whole situation could have been avoided. Megan is pretty much living like a single mother since Austin’s father is in jail for failing to register as a sex offender. She does have to go to work to provide for them, and she can not afford childcare.

Megan has no excuse as to why she left the toddler by himself. Megan’s mother said that she would have more than happy to watch Austin so that Megan could go to work.

All she had to do was call me. There’s no ifs, ands, or buts to what happened, it’s her fault no matter what happened. She is accountable for that baby.

Apparently this wasn’t the first time Megan had done this, she had done this “something like 20” other times. She didn’t just leave her son alone for work but after she got off work she spent the night with her boyfriend at his home. She did leave him with food, juice, and a movie. She figured everything would be fine since she had gotten away with this a few other times, but this time they weren’t quite as lucky and her poor innocent son was the one to pay for it.

The doctor that tried to revive Austin thinks that he may have ingested some medication or drugs. According to the investigators, Megan’s cabin was a complete mess, there were half eaten food as well as human waste all throughout the home.
